Job Title: Junior Project Manager Intern
Job Description:
The Jr. Project Manager will play an integral role in the Transformation Office to drive organizational change within Transact Campus. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing projects. You will assist the lead program manager with strategic initiatives including status reporting, internal communication, risk evaluation and issue management to ensure that programs are running as planned. You may also analyze current processes and data to identify core issues and help develop improved processes for the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent critical thinking, follow-through, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work through problems to determine the root cause
- Remain organized while working with multiple teams on varied tasks
- Ability to successfully train and make presentations for clients and colleagues
Ability to multi-task, be a self-starter and work independently
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Working on a bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
- Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
