Full Service Payment Plan Marketing Orders

Thank you for your interest in producing marketing materials to educate your students about full-service payment plans. We’ve developed a variety of assets to ensure you have everything you need. Please review the information below and order your materials using the form at the bottom of the page.

To personalize your materials, you have two options:

Download the appropriate template art file(s) below and have your institution’s design team personalize the template. To print, you can print locally or request that we print them. To submit an order, complete the form below, attach your artwork, and submit.
Use the order form below to order materials through us, including updating the templates with your institution’s colors, logo, and enrollment instructions. We’ll update the design, send it to you for approval, then have materials printed and shipped to your campus.

Here are some basic things you can do to immediately to improve your student communications:

Update your website. Include messaging on your “how to pay tuition” and/or online payments webpages. We’ve provided some product messaging to make it super easy. You can also use our order form to request a web banner to make it easy to link to the content from other related pages.
Schedule emails to students. We can design and deploy the emails for you, or you can do it - whichever is easiest for your campus. The important thing is to communicate with your students early and often so that they are aware of their option to use a payment plan to pay. We recommend sending emails 30 days before payment plan enrollments open, then again the day they open. – Reminders are good too!
