Santa Clara University worked with Transact to implement the company’s Integrated Payments solution. Now students and family members have the option to use a single, no-fee online platform for payments. The user-friendly account dashboard provides online access to manage payments, receive bills, view statements and tax forms, and receive account notifications. Students and parents are also able to see account information in real-time, which eliminates confusion related to payment due dates, balances, and more.
With the ability to accept a variety of tenders, from credit cards, ACH, and campus cards, to 529 plans, International Funds Transfer (IFT), and ApplePay, Santa Clara University has reduced the amount of effort and time it takes to process thousands of paper checks. Long lines and constant questions from students at the bursar’s office have also been virtually eliminated.
