This merger brings together two leaders in campus technology to form a unified platform that drives operational efficiency, security, and enhances campus experiences across higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. By combining Transact's strengths in mobile credential, integrated payments, and campus commerce with CBORD's leadership in food and nutrition service management, integrated security solutions and campus card systems, the newly integrated team will continue to innovate and deliver solutions focused on improving efficiency, security, and user experiences.
