We are excited to share CBORD's parent company, Roper Technologies, Inc., announced its acquisition of Transact Campus and the planned combination of the two businesses. By uniting these industry leaders, we are unlocking new opportunities to enhance campus services and deliver greater value to our clients.

This merger brings together two leaders in campus technology to form a unified platform that drives operational efficiency, security, and enhances campus experiences across higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. By combining Transact's strengths in mobile credential, integrated payments, and campus commerce with CBORD's leadership in food and nutrition service management, integrated security solutions and campus card systems, the newly integrated team will continue to innovate and deliver solutions focused on improving efficiency, security, and user experiences.

Roper Technologies, the parent company of CBORD, completed its acquisition of Transact Campus. This merger unites two leaders in campus technology to create a powerful, integrated platform that enhances operational efficiency, security, and campus experiences across higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Nancy Langer will continue as CEO of the combined organization, with Dan Park, serving as COO.
